Strategic Sourcing               The data base is searched and the resources short listed with in the parameters of desired solution.

Development & Validation   Vendor/s are given the task to develop the Prototype/s. Prototype/s are than evaluated and ranked on the basis of their compliance to appearance, specifications, performance and testing procedures.

Process Management          Vendor/s manufacturing process is discussed and wherever required revisions are jointly agreed upon such that the process meets the requirement of quantity & quality in the specified time period.

Cost Management                Process finalized is evaluated for cost effectiveness and wherever required modifications are jointly agreed upon.

Contract Management         Contractual formalities are completed with the Vendor/s for mass production and objective, cost & schedule of the Contract is monitored and implemented.
